Enthusiasts of science fiction are puzzled by recent footage showing what seems to be an unidentified flying object hovering near an active volcano.
A video captured by a webcam revealed a mysterious glowing object floating over the Popocatepetl crater in the states of Puebla and Morelos, Mexico, before swiftly darting away at high speeds. The object, resembling a flying saucer, appeared to be observing the volcanic activity as smoke and flames erupted from the crater. The unusual event was recorded by monitoring cameras positioned at the base of the volcano last Thursday.
Popocatepetl, towering at a height of 17,802 feet (5,426 meters), is among Mexico’s most active volcanoes. Local authorities have not yet provided any official statement regarding the origin of the enigmatic flying object.
The National Center for Disaster Prevention documented 19 minor eruptions accompanied by vapor, gases, and small amounts of ash on the same day. They advised the public to steer clear of the crater and adhere to the 12-kilometer exclusion zone.
Last year, expert UFO researcher Jaime Maussan suggested that Popocatepetl serves as an “inter-dimensional portal,” enabling interstellar travelers to move between different locations in space-time.
Maussan, aged 72, argued that no human-made object could penetrate a volcano due to temperatures reaching approximately 1,000 degrees Celsius, as reported by What’s the Jam.
According to Maussan, the University of Bergen in Norway found evidence of magnetic storms beneath the volcano necessary to create X-points – regions where electron diffusion occurs, potentially forming a Dimensional Portal.
X-points are areas where Earth’s magnetic field links with the Sun’s magnetic field, establishing a pathway from our planet to the Sun’s atmosphere located 93 million miles away. These points are termed X-points due to the intertwining magnetic forces of the Sun and Earth forming an X shape.
Meanwhile, followers of extraterrestrial phenomena have alleged a government cover-up following a crash near Area 51 that triggered a military investigation and weeks of conjecture.
The incident on September 23 involved an unidentified aircraft crashing on public land just outside the secretive government facility in Groom Lake, Nevada. The Creech Air Force Base initially confirmed that the crash resulted from an accident involving an aircraft assigned to the 432nd wing of the building, which houses unmanned aerial vehicles.
Although an internal inquiry has concluded, the Air Force Office of Special Investigations and the FBI have launched a joint investigation, fueling speculation among UFO enthusiasts who criticized new security measures as “completely baseless.”
Local media outlet KLAS-TV reported that the FAA imposed a temporary flight restriction covering a five-mile area east of Area 51 “for national security reasons” on the day of the crash. However, details surrounding the incident have largely remained undisclosed. The flight restriction remained effective until October 1, encompassing a region near the infamous Extraterrestrial Highway.
