In second place is Mastercard, recognized for its diverse workforce, exceptional benefits, and a culture supporting remote work. Managerial positions at Mastercard come with salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000. Google secured the third spot, paying software engineers £70,000 to £100,000. Employees at Google praised the competitive pay, cutting-edge technology, flexibility in work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
Glassdoor’s President, Owen Humphries, commended these companies for maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and trust amidst the uncertainties of 2025.
