Elliott, who spent 25 years in Spain and 10 in La Cala de Mijas, shared that it’s time for a new chapter in his life.
With five children, including his newborn daughter Dolly, Elliott expressed his desire for his children to follow in his footsteps in the restaurant business. However, plans changed as his daughter Olivia decided to pursue a career in London, and his son Elliott is committed to a career in the city. With his mother also moving back to the UK, Elliott and his wife Sadie made the tough decision to sell their business interests in Spain and relocate to the UK.
Reflecting on his time at Olivia’s La Cala, Elliott described it as a passion project filled with cherished memories. He highlighted the potential for growth in the business and expressed confidence in its future success. The sale will include the beachfront property and the Olivia’s La Cala brand, presenting a lucrative investment opportunity.
