Prince Andrew allegedly offered assistance to Jeffrey Epstein in arranging a meeting with the daughter of the Australian prime minister. This offer was revealed in an email exchange between Epstein and Andrew, where Epstein asked Andrew to invite Katherine Keating for a dinner with Woody Allen in New York, to which Andrew agreed.
The correspondence between Epstein and Andrew, part of the ongoing Epstein Files review by the US Congress, included messages exchanged around Andrew’s 51st birthday. Epstein expressed regrets for not being present and asked about Andrew’s plans, to which Andrew mentioned a quiet day and a dinner party related to the Keating case.
Katherine Keating, now 44, confirmed that Andrew arranged a dinner with Epstein in 2011, describing it as a large social event she attended upon Andrew’s invitation. Photos also captured Keating bidding farewell to Andrew after another dinner at Epstein’s New York mansion two months earlier.
At the time of the email exchange, Keating was 29 years old, with her father being the former Australian Prime Minister Paul Keating. Keating referred to the dinner as a prominent social gathering, attended by notable figures like Barbara Walters, Charlie Rose, and Katie Couric.
There is no implication that Keating had any involvement or knowledge of any illicit activities by Epstein or his associates. Despite Andrew claiming to have severed ties with Epstein, recent revelations showed continued communication, with Andrew promising further engagements with Epstein in a 2011 email.
The connection between Andrew, Keating, and Epstein’s circle remains unclear, with speculations suggesting a possible link through Ghislaine Maxwell, a mutual acquaintance currently serving a prison sentence for sex trafficking.
