The Princess of Wales has reportedly picked up a new interest that aligns with Meghan Markle’s hobbies, as revealed by one of her mentors.
Kate, an enthusiast of photography, has recently embarked on a meditation journey under the guidance of acclaimed artist Chris Levine.
Levine, renowned for capturing a memorable photograph of the late Queen Elizabeth, disclosed Kate’s newfound fascination during a recent interview, though he quickly realized he may have divulged too much.
In 2004, Levine was tasked with photographing the late Queen for Jersey’s celebration of eight centuries of loyalty to the Crown. Among over 8,000 images, one titled ‘Equanimity’ was selected by the Queen and featured on the cover of Time magazine after Levine transformed it into a portrait.
Another image from the collection portrayed the Queen in a serene moment with closed eyes, as reported by the Express. This particular picture, named ‘Lightness of Being,’ became an iconic Royal portrait and inspired Levine to delve into meditation and introduce the practice to Kate.
Kate is not the sole Royal member showing an interest in meditation, as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are also known to appreciate its benefits.
In a blog post on her former lifestyle blog, The Tig, Meghan reflected on her meditation journey, emphasizing how it brought her happiness and tranquility. Prince Harry, too, has acknowledged incorporating meditation into his daily routine during a recent panel discussion.
Meanwhile, Meghan shared glimpses of her recent date night with Prince Harry at a LA Dodgers game, where they enjoyed premium seats to watch the game against the Toronto Blue Jays. The couple appeared affectionate and engaged in the match, proudly sporting the team’s merchandise.
Meghan later posted a video on her Instagram Stories, showcasing their behind-the-scenes experience at the game, including interactions with the players and a close-up of their exclusive front-row seats.
