Coronation Street welcomes a new addition to its cast as the sister of one of its stars is set to make her debut on the show. Bobby Bradshaw, known for his role as Jake Windass, shared the exciting news on Instagram that his sister, Aurora Bradshaw, will be joining the show as Susie Price, the daughter of Catherine Tyldesley’s character, Eva.
The Bradshaw siblings are not playing siblings on the show. Jake Windass is the son of Gary Windass and Izzy Armstrong, born through surrogacy with the assistance of Tina McIntyre. Currently residing with his father and step-mother Maria Connor, Jake’s world is about to be rocked with Eva’s return.
Susie, the baby Eva had in 2018, is back in Weatherfield along with her mother. The duo, along with Eva’s new husband Ben Driscoll, are moving into the Rovers Return. Ben, who surprised Eva by purchasing the pub, will find himself caught in the middle of family drama as his mother, Maggie Driscoll, portrayed by Pauline McLynn, adds a touch of complexity to the storyline.
The Driscolls are related to Ollie Dirscoll, who is dating Dee-Dee Bailey. Dee-Dee not only has a romantic relationship with Ollie but also serves as his legal counsel following a car accident.
