To enjoy your free pint, simply reserve a table for any Six Nations match on February 7 through the Greene King website and present your booking confirmation at the bar.
This promotion is valid at all Greene King sports pubs, including Flaming Grill, Hungry Horse, and Belhaven, as part of the new Fans Reunited initiative featuring Rugby World Cup champions Martin Johnson and Jason Robinson.

In related news, the Treasury announced a 15% reduction in business rates for pubs and music venues starting in April to provide significant support. This decision follows pressure on the government to act following changes in November’s budget and the conclusion of pandemic assistance.
Treasury minister Dan Tomlinson stated that the support would amount to an average of £1,650 for pubs next year, benefiting the sector as a whole. While pubs and music venues will receive this relief, other hospitality businesses like hotels and restaurants will not be included in the additional support.
Emma McClarkin, chief executive of the BBPA, expressed satisfaction with the government’s response, emphasizing the importance of the specific support package for pubs in maintaining financial stability and ensuring continued operation.
