“Canada Unveils Squad for U-20 Women’s World Cup”

Canada’s head coach Cindy Tye has unveiled the squad that will compete in the upcoming under-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland next month. The roster consists of 21 players, comprising three goalkeepers, five defenders, eight midfielders, and five forwards. The tournament is scheduled to take place from September 5 to 27.

In addition to the main squad, six alternates will accompany the team to Poland to assist with preparations before the commencement of the World Cup. The players, coaching staff, and support personnel will convene in Lublin, Poland on August 23 and later move to their tournament headquarters in Bielsko-Biala on August 30. A closed-door match against Spain is slated for August 31.
