“Siblings Avoid Prison in Drug Distribution Ring”

Siblings involved in the distribution of Class A substances were exposed when drug packages were mistakenly delivered to a nearby resident. Destiny Connolly, aged 26, oversaw the ‘Kyzer’ line for several months, promoting drug sales through thousands of messages. Two cannabis parcels, meant for Paris Connolly, were given to the authorities by a neighbor, leading to the discovery of the sisters’ involvement in a large-scale operation.

At Minshull Street Crown Court, it was revealed that the duo was initially coerced into the illegal enterprise by Jack Harrison, who is currently serving time for drug-related offenses. During a search of their residences, law enforcement officers found cannabis in a Louis Vuitton handbag. The siblings confessed to participating in the distribution of cocaine and heroin, narrowly avoiding imprisonment.

According to the Manchester Evening News, prosecutors disclosed that the sisters’ criminal activities were unveiled when cannabis packages were mistakenly delivered to Paris’ neighbor, leading to police involvement. The packages, weighing a total of one kilogram, contained a high-value strain of cannabis known as ‘Cali’ weed.

Destiny and her then-partner Jack Harrison sought the remaining packages but were informed that they had been given to the police. Harrison reacted aggressively, claiming the parcels’ value and demanding their return. Eventually, Harrison was arrested for drug supply offenses, driving violations, and assaulting a police officer, receiving a substantial prison sentence.

In a separate incident in July 2024, a drug line named ‘Kyzer’ was identified by authorities. Numerous messages advertising crack cocaine and heroin were sent out, including requests for specific drugs like ‘four white, one brown.’ Testimonies and correspondence revealed the sisters’ involvement, with Destiny communicating with Paris via messages on a phone linked to her.

The court heard that the sisters’ residences were searched, leading to the discovery of various communication devices and drug-related items. In their defense, their legal representative stated that they were coerced into criminal activities by Harrison. The judge acknowledged the seriousness of their offenses but opted for a suspended sentence due to their circumstances and Harrison’s manipulative behavior.

Both sisters received a two-year suspended sentence, with additional requirements for community service and rehabilitation. The judge highlighted their role in the drug operation but emphasized Harrison’s significant influence in their criminal activities. Destiny was assigned unpaid work and rehabilitation activities, while Paris received a similar sentence with the same requirements.
