Samsung has officially announced that the upcoming Galaxy S smartphones will debut at the Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for February 25 in San Francisco. The event will showcase the new Samsung Galaxy S26 series, consisting of the S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra models. The live stream of the event will be available on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT.
For early birds, Samsung is offering exclusive incentives for those who register their interest in advance. Registration entitles fans to a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage on pre-ordered phones, and a chance to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
Samsung’s new smartphones are designed to enhance user experiences through integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. The company aims to simplify daily tasks, boost confidence, and seamlessly integrate Galaxy AI into users’ lives. The Galaxy Unpacked event will mark a new era in AI technology, according to Samsung.
In anticipation of the new release, retailers are offering discounts on the current Galaxy S25 range to make space for the upcoming models. Sky Mobile, for example, has reduced the monthly cost of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, saving customers £432 over the contract period. However, this deal requires a 36-month commitment and comes with a 100MB data limit, which may require additional data purchase.
Amazon is also running a promotion, offering a 20% discount on outright purchases of the standard S25 and S25 Ultra models. Select models are now priced at £639.20 (from £799) and £999.20 (from £1,249), respectively, until February 24 or while stocks last.
To catch the unveiling of the new Galaxy devices, viewers can tune into the Samsung website for the live stream of Galaxy Unpacked 2026 on February 25 at 6pm. Registration for the event is available on the Samsung website.
