Hamas fighters are reported to have brutally injured around 500 Palestinians in Gaza by shooting them in the legs, as revealed by human rights lawyer Moumen Al-Natour in a conversation with the Mirror via WhatsApp. The attacks, targeting perceived opposition, have led to deaths and hundreds of injuries. There are even reports of a website named “Grab a Collaborator” created by the gunmen to threaten individuals suspected of collaborating with Israelis, with many incidents occurring inside hospitals where an estimated 150 people have been killed.
Al-Natour, a 31-year-old anti-Hamas activist living in hiding, spoke out against the violence, stating that the attacks are occurring in areas previously vacated by Israel under the Trump peace agreement. He described how Hamas is using hospitals like Shifa in Gaza City to capture and harm individuals, including women, children, and even young boys, based on their family connections to security services. Additionally, he mentioned that Hamas is targeting clans with fewer weapons and carrying out their sinister acts within hospitals instead of public executions.
Despite facing personal threats, Al-Natour emphasized the need for Israeli forces to secure the controlled areas in Gaza and take further action against Hamas. He stressed the importance of improving living conditions, education, and governance in the areas under Israeli control to benefit the local population.
