The couple made the move from the US to England following the 2020 presidential election after expressing their disappointment with the election results.
Among a group of celebrities, including Cardi B, Lili Reinhart, and Christina Applegate, who criticized supporters of Donald Trump before the election, Ellen and her 52-year-old wife voiced their desire to relocate for a fresh start in England. In the Instagram images, the couple appeared settled in their beautiful home, featuring an open-plan layout in the kitchen, dining area, and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the lush backyard.
Having tied the knot in 2008, Ellen and Portia reportedly underwent renovations on the property, incorporating an ivory and matte mocha latte beige color scheme.
