According to Ban Mahsoub, Partnerships Director at Tesco Insurance and Money Services, the promotion aims to make gift-giving easier during the holiday season. By earning two points for every pound spent on gift cards, customers can both delight their recipients and enjoy rewards themselves.
Tesco boasts approximately 24 million Clubcard members who earn points through various purchases. Clubcard points are typically earned for groceries, fuel at Tesco petrol stations, Tesco Mobile purchases, Tesco credit card spending, and transactions with a Tesco Clubcard Pay+ debit card. To redeem points, a minimum of 150 points is required for a £1.50 Clubcard voucher valid for Tesco purchases.
