Reflecting on her decision to end her marriage, Christine expressed, “Divorcing Paddy McGuinness was the hardest decision of my life. Sometimes love isn’t enough. I said, if I keep allowing this now, I’m disrespecting myself. It’s not easy walking away, you’ve got to have your boundaries. Before things get worse, let’s just end it amicably.”
Despite their separation, Christine revealed that she sought help from her doctor due to external noise distractions following the split. Interestingly, she and Paddy continue to share the same living space even after their divorce, highlighting their unique post-divorce arrangement.
Looking ahead, Christine hinted at the possibility of penning a tell-all memoir to document her recent life changes, including her separation from Paddy and her journey of self-discovery following an autism diagnosis. She expressed her eagerness to share her story authentically, promising to reveal all the highs and lows of the past four years.
In a statement to the Daily Star, Christine shared her enthusiasm for potentially writing a second autobiography, emphasizing the importance of honesty and personal reflection in her writing.
