A man has been sentenced to 12 months in prison after causing a fatal collision while driving his mother’s car without permission and under the influence of alcohol. Oliver Hartley, 24, took his mum’s Audi A7 for a joyride after a night of drinking in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
