This impacts a total of 11 sites, including those managed by Argyll Holidays, which were acquired by Cove UK for £100 million in 2022. Other affected holiday parks consist of Solway Holiday Park, Gwel an Mor Resort, and Springwood Holiday Park. Administrators are currently exploring options for selling the business and have informed owners through letters.

Seal Bay Resort in West Sussex remains unaffected and is operating as usual. Alvarez & Marsal Europe has been appointed to oversee the administration process for Cove Communities Holiday Park UK Holdco Limited (HPUK), along with its subsidiaries: Cove Communities Venture 2 Gwel an Mor OpCo Ltd, Cove Communities Venture 2 Solway OpCo Ltd, Cove Communities Venture 2 Springwood OpCo Ltd, and Cove Communities Venture 2 Argyle OpCo Ltd.
